What is the idea behind the wine experience at Atelier des Remparts?
Atelier des Remparts was created to share my personal vision of what a truly meaningful wine tasting should be, one that seeks emotion as much as understanding.
In Lyon, I host intimate wine experiences for travelers who wish to explore French vineyards through a comparative and sensory approach. Each tasting is designed to engage your palate and your perception, allowing you to experience wine in a more personal way.
This experience comes directly from my work in the vineyards, where I organize and take part in over 100 wine tours each year with international guests, constantly discovering and selecting wines that I later share at the table.
I am also deeply committed to showcasing the artisans of this neighborhood, whose products are carefully selected to accompany the wines and create a complete experience.
I look forward to welcoming you in Lyon for a thoughtful and cultural moment.
Hugo Jeanguyot
